Birdy N.

Dear Athena,
I have a problem, I have such great talents and no one seems to notice how great I really am. I am good at everything I do like when I act before everyone I can out act anyone. Gosh I am just sweet like no one else I am the best of the worst, but Quince won’t let me exert my power over the theater industry. I have no way to impress him because he wouldn’t know great acting if it punched him in the face. If I don’t work all of the parts the play will be ruined because no one can act like I can.
People just don’t fully appreciate me as a person. Like Quince, he wants the boy with a beard coming in right now to play the girl and I could do it for him because I can do anything and everything. He doesn’t believe that I could do all the parts for him even though he knows that I very well could. It is just fully unfair.
I am the best actor in all of Athens and the only person that doesn’t see it is my director, Quince. I believe in the gods themselves saw how great I acted they would put me in their plays. It is a great story and great for a wedding but Quince just isn’t getting it to its full potential.
Yours truly
Mr. Unappreciated

  1. Dear Mr. Unappreciated,

Let me begin by saying, get over yourself. Instead, of worrying if the others in the play will act their parts accordingly why don't you just concentrate on our own part taking it to its full potential. Now, while I'm sure your a fine actor you need to realize it takes many to make a good play and one person for all the parts will simply just not work.
