Justin S.

Dear Athena,
I desperately need your help with a problem that I have. I am going to win the contest in Athens, which is to produce the best play, and play it at the Duke and Duchess’ wedding. But since I have this certain person in my play, I feel like he is going to completely demolish my perfect play. He is a complete know it all moron, and I need advise of how not to kill this barbarian and save my play from him!
I used to do plays with him, but he always messes them up. Once he was a director for a play that I was in and that the gods Europa and Hera attended. But he poorly chose to do the play of Zeus and Europa having an affair behind Hera’s back. Knowing this Hera cried out during the middle of the play and almost killed the both of us, but spared our lives and instead led her torment onto Europa.
Ever since I invited him to my play, I regretted it from the beginning. I feel that he is going to end up doing the same thing during this play. Also he ALWAYS tries to be every character, but the main part I gave him (which is the main character Pyramus) so he shouldn’t complain. Since he is so full of himself I would just let him be every part in our play but I couldn’t do that because that would be the death of our play. I need to kick him off our play but we are short handed, and I don’t want to hurt his feelings. What do I do?

Need help,
Irritated Director
